I really like the fact that you have to buzzed into the school to get in. This keeps my grandson and great nieces along with the rest of the children safe from hard. The only thing I would like to see improve is that if you have already had children and have been involved with the school, that you don't have to take the volunteer classes. I was in the hospital and couldn't take the class to be there for my grandson. Also watch the kids more closely on the play ground, so there is no bulling going on.

Rupert is not a school I would recommend to any human being. Rupert teachers are almost fine except some of the 3rd grade teachers but that Principle of theirs is horrible! The students call the school jail and I do not see that as a good thing. If you have a choice, do not go there!!!

The kids refer to this school as a prison. No matter what your kid does, he/she is wrong and the faculty is right--they will not compromise. Your child is not allowed to express his or her opinion and if they do, they get a discipline referral. They expect all the kids to act the same, think the same and be the same--little minature adult robots. What ever happened to allowing our kids to be kids? At Rupert Elemantry, what comes out of the child's mouth is more important than what goes into his head. This school cares more about rules, regulations and punishment than educating our kids.
