The Gibson Elementary staff is dedicated towards enhanced and rich learning. These teachers take a considerable amount of time preparing lessons and teaching to optimize student’s gifts and strengths in and outside of the classroom. The staff is devoted towards guiding students in learning, creating an environment for students to work independently, belief in students and creating opportunities for students to be SUCCESSFUL! The team is devoted toward serving their community and building leaders.

A school that is beyond unnoticed for the hard work each staff puts in. The students are empowered each day to do their best despite the hardship they go through. The teachers of Gibson Elementary inspire students to be the best. Students are treated with respect, kindness and unconditional love.

The support provided by the administrators and and staff is amazing. They are all about the community and bringing the community in. It's been awesome to build relationships with families as their kids and grandkids come through the doors each year. Being a small school in a small neighborhood, you really get to connect with the families.

Every morning you can see that the staff wants to be present and greets every student in a caring way with a smile. An amazing atmosphere filled with education and safety. An all around positive place to be.

The students always look forward to the Morning Greetings before they walk into class. Teachers are always excited when those doors open at 7:50 to start the day.

Walking into the school, you immediately feel the welcoming environment created by the staff. Staff greet students by name as they enter the building. Students are excited about the theme days dressed to slay and eager to learn. My child has been identified as needing more support and she has received intervention throughout the day and continues to have support in the afternoon program of ACE. The staff follows up with parents within the day and always ready to listen and react as needed.

The staff at this school go above and beyond for their students. The school has majorly improved over the 3 years that my child has been here. Their test scores have shot through the roof and should be given more recognition for the work they've done at this school. You can feel the love when you walk in this school. The kids love going to school and you can tell when you look at their attendance percentage. This is a great school!
