My kids just graduated from this school and they only attended for 2 years since we moved here. At first, my kids struggled with the curriculum and getting back to in class since Covid. As a new parent, I felt lost how things worked but as months went by I got the hang of things since it was a new district and my kids also got used to it. Teachers are very involved in communicating with parents how your child is doing & they appreciate parents being involved. I really loved their teachers and my kids are sad that they will no longer be attending. They never had a problem with bullying or some sort.

Both my kids have been going to Corona Ranch and we’ve had wonderful experiences. Their teachers have been involved and engaged with them and with us on a personal level. They have made leaps and bounds in their education since attending vs previous schools. My problem child has seen marked changes in his behavior thanks to the incredible support he receives here. I am thankful to the staff and incredible teachers who love our kiddos and are setting them up for a future of success.

Don’t let your kid attend school here unless you want him/her to be bullied/assaulted and nothing to be done. Teachers, Staff, and the principal do absolutely nothing to protect your child. Administration and the school board have nothing in place to make this school a safe place to learn.

We have been at Corona Ranch for 7 years now and are very pleased with it. Our youngest just entered and we have had nothing but great experiences for our kids. The teacher are very experienced and educated, they work well for many student's needs, they focus on teaching the standards and put students into intervention if needed to help bridge any gaps. The teachers care and do not just stay for a paycheck. As for a previous comment from Sept 2013 about that implied this school only good to families that raise money.... all schools do need extra support. The State of CA doesn't provide 100% support for all things. Fundraising helps provide educational assemblies, reading programs, family events, field trips, improvements of campus, playground equipment, watch dog program, and many other things. Teachers do not look down on families for not raising money. They know not everyone can. One thing to point out is, to see a school in many aspects- volunteer in kids classes and with the PTA, and go to school functions. Being involved really impacts your child and many others!

I can't speak for every teacher and the entire administration, but I will say that this school is like many others. They are fine if you only involve yourself to raise money and tell them they are great. If you question a process/policy or teacher in any way, you are punished. If this is the best elementary school corona has to offer, I feel so sorry for the kids here. I will be moving my son to a different school district. If you are even slightly considering moving to Corona-Norco Unified School district area, take a look at the school performance for any grade level in this district on this site and then compare to almost anywhere else (Yorba Linda, Irvine, just about anywhere in South Orange County, etc) and then ask yourself "is it worth it to trade in my child's future for more square footage?"

I have been a part of this school for about 4 years and have experienced at least 5 teachers with my girls. I will tell you the feeling you get is that these teachers really care for our kids. There are many amazing parents that help at the school and it feels like one big family. My girls love their teachers and I can say they have been amazing and really made a impact on my girls. I can't think of anything to complain about. I love this school and am extremely thankful for it.
