To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable conditions and practices I encountered while employed at lambs and ivy located at west Memphis TN During my time working at this facility, I experienced multiple concerns that I believe jeopardize the well-being of both staff and students.There is a significant pest problem within the school, including the presence of both roaches and mice. These unsanitary conditions pose a serious health risk to the children and staff and are entirely unacceptable for an educational environment.I brought these issues, along with others, to the attention of Shelby county schools and Anderson, the individual in charge, on several occasions. However, no steps were taken to address them, despite the severity of the problems.The staff is consistently out of ratio, which means that there are often not enough teachers to properly supervise the students, putting their safety at risk. Additionally, I was compensated under the table, a practice that raises serious legal and ethical concerns.Children with special needs are frequently neglected and not given the appropriate care or attention they require. This is especially troubling, as these students rely on specialized support to thrive.The school lacks basic teaching tools necessary to deliver quality education. Furthermore, the absence of a kindergarten teacher further exacerbates the problems in delivering appropriate education to the students.The culmination of these issues creates an unsafe and unethical environment for both employees and students. I urge you to take immediate action to investigate these matters and hold the school accountable for its poor practices.Please feel free to contact me for any additional information or clarification. I hope that swift action will be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of the children and staff at lambs and ivy.

This school was great. My daughter attended school there from age 2 to 4 before we moved to California. We were in Silicon Valley at a 10/10 Great School and she was far more ready for kindergarten than other students. She was already reading and doing single digit math at age 3. Lambs and Ivy truly prepared her for kindergarten and beyond.

This school will forever be low on teachers because they do not appreciate good help. They don't follow there "handbook" unless it's convenient for them. They are forever hiring because they want teachers to put on a show and they fired good help because of parents false complaints!!! I wouldn't send my dog to attend!!! The ceiling is falling & mold is everywhere. Parents be aware what glitters isn't always gold.

If you think your child is getting a home cooked meal for lunch. You are mistaken. Every food item is frozen or out of a can. The cook is only a glorified heat and serve cook.

My child was ready for kindergarten (he is on the young side) but they did NOT want my child attending for fear of their ratings dropping. After the teacher evaluated him and noted he was in deed ready, the principle decided to nit pick my sons handwriting. Note my son is left handed and writes well for his age. He stated that the three year olds write better than my son...this being said in front of him. I don't care for this sort of criticism in front if children. On top of that, the principle was to give us a call about a certain situation and failed to do so. The school itself seems great but the staff is the most important aspect to me and they failed miserably.

Loved the school. My son attended Lambs and Ivy from the age of 2 until his Pre-K graduation. Extremely pleased with the education.

I am not satisfied! My toddler was currently enrolled in Lambs and Ivy and I am very displeased with the facility as well as its staff. The staff is very rude and demeaning. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude. My child has had 3 different teacher since being enrolled. The teachers are young women who have no experience or education in child development other than their 6 week training program. The ceiling has water stains all over it, the solution for their leaky roof is to simply put buckets where the leaks are. The staff is made up of young girls who have very little experience with children. I asked my child's teacher what was her job title before coming to lambs and ivy and she said that she was a cashier at a beauty supply store. To pay 800/month is robbery for this facility.

I am very pleased with Lambs & Ivy. The staff is very nice and wonderful with the children. My daughter has been there for almost a year now and I plan on keeping her there until she is ready for Kindergarten. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. I recommend this school to any parent that does not want to have to worry about your child while you are at work.
