A ZERO IF I COULD! Very disappointed in this school, I don't feel as if my son is treated equally to his peers!

Very disappointed in the school this year. There was a classroom bully that spent the whole of the year bothering most of the kids in the class. The school was more interested in working with him than the welfare of the rest of the students. My kid came home in tears often and the VP and teachers never really seemed to care. The 4th grade teachers were not very positive. It felt like all they were there for was to get the paycheck and put in the time needed to retire. The year was so bad that we will not be putting our kids back in this school and are homeschooling. The teachers also complained often about the Core Curriculum often. I agree I am not a fan of it either but it is required. When the teachers say in front of the parents and students how horrible it is and how much she hates it on the first day of school, it set a bad tone. They complained about it often in front of the students and my kids came home very negative about school because of it. The years prior both the kids and I loved the school and were very happy there. I think the current administration there is where the failure is coming from. Highly disappointed in the direction the school is headed.

This is a wonderful school! Great teachers, a caring, strong leader in the principal, and staff ready and willing to help. Not only are parents involved in the school, they truly care about what is going on and take an active part. The principal is open and willing to work with the parents. All of Conway's schools are great, but I'm proud to be a part of Woodrow Cummins Elementary!
