Personally I don’t think school is very clean. My kindergarten comes home and states that roaches are in her classroom and bathroom. My child comes home sick a lot. The counselor doesn’t respond to emails. Her teacher responds to messages in class dojo days later. They push so much on attendance but want to punish parents because their child is out 10 days due to sickness they got from school. Maybe have parents of sick children stay at home and if the school did a better job of disinfect and sanitize then maybe it will help. Clayton county overall has a 2/10 rating. That’s really sad!!

The principal is amazing! The school culture is great, and teachers work really hard! This is a school of excellence.

Anderson Elementary School is a phenomenal school! My wife and I have had 2 children complete their elementary school journey through Anderson and they both did exceptionally well academically. Not only did they maintain nearly all A’s every semester, but did both placed in the 95th percentile on their standardized tests and both went on to the magnet school at Rex Mill Middle. My oldest child has since gone on to the high school magnet school at Stillwell School of the Arts. Also, I have 2 more children still at Anderson and they are doing very well too. Though my wife and I work really, really hard with all of our children at home, the teachers and administrators do an amazing job working with the children at school. I am thoroughly satisfied with Anderson! SUPER-BIG-GIGANTIC kudos to TEAM Anderson! (WOOOO!)

The teachers here wo t k hard for their kids. They take a personal interest in them as well. My son have really grown in his learning with all his teachers. It will be bittersweet, his leaving and entering the middle school next term

I love Anderson elementary school. The teachers and administrators really care for the students and they do their best to get the parents involved. Their program FIREMEN to get fathers involved in their school should win an award.

This school is outstanding. Every teacher my child had went above and beyond what they are required to do. I could not be happier with any school.
