My daughter was struggling with reading. She was given great support and can read now. I transfered from another district and this school has provided great support.

How can a child learn when they are being bullied and the principal and teachers does nothing about it.

Conder has definitely impressed me. My son is a 2nd grader at the school. When he started kindergarten there, he went through a very tough transitional period. He was misbehaving and acting out literally daily. His teachers and the school administrators worked very hard with his father and me, to determine what was going on. Instead of expelling him, as most schools would these days, they noted that he was highly intelligent and only had burst of bad behavior (which he didn't display at home). We consulted his pediatrician, our personal child psychologist, and the school guidance counselor. The team performed a 6 week evaluation to find that he was ADHD. Since then, not only has my son done a complete 180, but he is on the principal's honors roll and participates in many school activities. This time was very difficult for my family because we did not understand what was going on. The staff was very loving and supportive towards my son and our family. It was definitely an above and beyond type approach to teaching. Their commitment to the students is evident daily and their arts programs are phenomenal!
