My kid graduated from this school. This is not a stem focused school; way more time and effort are spent on the arts/social studies compared to Math and Science. There are too many social studies projects and no science projects at all (even for GATE students) and there is no lab. Also, the grading system does not really reflect students’ knowledge/performance at a given point of time. The grading starts at low from the beginning of the year and ends higher towards the end of the year. This pattern repeats every year. There are very limited to no extracurricular activities like Debate, Robotics, Math/Science Olympiad or equivalent.

Estoy muy contenta de ser parte de esta escuela junto con mi Hijo. Mi niño apesar que solo esta en TK esta aprendiendo mucho y me alegra . La escuela es muy buena. Muy buen liderazgo and de caracter. En la oficina soy muy amables y te ayudan en lo que pueden.

This school is a tight knit community. My children have enjoyed going to this school for 6 years now. I highly recommend it!

This school was the perfect place for my youngest child. She received an excellent foundation and made wonderful friends. The staff is top notch!

Amazing teachers that make a difference in each child's life. Principal is caring and has a well run school. The school offers music, running club, classes for parents, computer training, and special activities for Gate students.

The school is awesome with terrific teachers and principal. This was our first year here so i didn't know what to expect. My son finally learn how to write and was excited to go to school. Hands down Mrs. Steele is a terrific teacher who truly cares about her students and wants them to be successful in school. She met with us numerous times throughout the year regarding our son. Highly recommend.

Chaparral Elementary School is a GREAT School!!! Mr. Mackessy the school principal is the BEST!!! The staff is wonderful and caring. The school is beautiful and clean. I am a very happy and proud parent of a student that attends Chaparral Elementary!!! Thank you Mr. Mackessy for the way you run the school.

This is a very good school all time the principal, assisten the principal, teachers and all team work to make a segurity school and very good school, the teachers all time have space for your questions and help me i have 3 kids here, preschool, 4th grade and 6th grade i love the chaparral elementary school
