THIS SCHOOL SUCKS. I have been going since kindergarten and have to leave in 7th. The teachers are just grown bullies who leave to embarrass kids. Some of the teachers who I won’t say their names don’t even teach at all and just don’t even explain.

Wonderful school. My son has done so well in this school. The teachers are awesome.

My son was involved in a situation that was deemed a fight and didn't even throw a punch! If any thing the other student tackled my son to the ground but he also did not throw a punch! So me Rutherford gave both students 30 days in daep. My son is a honor student and never been in trouble now he is in a class room with kids who actually get in trouble of all ages. We pay full price for lunch but he only gets a sandwich because they don't have a cafeteria. He gets a bathroom break every 2 hrs for a few minutes if he has to go any other time he has to raise his hand and the teacher has to assess the situation and determine if he has to go or not. It's like being in jail but my 13 yr old son says it's not because you can talk in jail.I am a believer in punishment but in this case it is in excess because if he would've actually hit the other kid punishment would have been the same.cs Isd does not have a written policy that I have seen that says if you put your books, or bag down and stand face to face with someone who is hackeling you with kids in the background chanting fight,fight,fight and recording with their phones that that is a fight. Mr Rutherford says he came to this decision based on what he has done in the past, I don't know about the people reading this but it seems like it should be on a case by case basis No? His determination is to put a good kid in with the bad ones for 30 days so the boy can't interact with his peers or play football. I imagine none of us have any cougar pride now anyway.Cs Isd has over reacted to make a example of my son we were told by mr Rutherford who got the videos from other students phones that show the other kid tackling my son to the ground that he doesn't want them finding there way to you tube.Cs Isd is not reforming my son for not throwing a punch they are making a family who had 3 other students also attend Cs Isd embarrassed and ashamed and will make every attempt not let my grand children attend the same Isd. If you are moving to area and want a wonderful school district CSISD is the best! My kids spent 3 years in China Spring ISD. We had to move bc of my husbands job. I cried the day I had to sign the papers to take them out. Now going to a new school for about 7 months. I still have my China Spring bumper stickers and do not plan on removing them anytime soon :) My children loved these schools so much and ask daily if we could move back. The staff and teachers are wonderful with the children and truly care about them. My son asked his teacher to watch his ball game. I told him "Don't get your hopes up" but guess what She was there :) this happened many times with all my kids and their sports. I could not express how amazing CSISD is!!!!!!!!!!!!
