Our daughters just left Solomon this year (2024) for a move to Texas. Our oldest daughter was there for 8 years starting from pre-k to 5th grade, our youngest was there only a couple of years from pre-k to Kindergarten. Our first couple of years there, Solomon was recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School. At that time, we did not know how that would have impacted our daughter's education but nevertheless, it gave us a positive impression. In time, we understood what makes Solomon special was a sense of care and commitment that creates partnerships, from student to teachers/faculties to parents. All of that can be contributed to the commitment from Principle Gamble. He and his team fosters respects and kindness and creates the Solomon Spirit that the kiddos and parents believes in. Being a smaller school with some limited amenities and resources, the school makes up with its smaller class size and focus on academics with engaging and approachable teachers and instructors. Solomon may not have the bells and whistle of newer schools but it has the heart and soul that creates a rich environment for student growth.

Principal and teachers are professional, responsive, and caring. My kid's teachers have been hard working and done an excellent job teaching kids at all levels. The school has accelerated math and reading programs for those seeking additional challenging work. Kids have felt welcome since day one. Keep it up!

horrible experiences with k-3 rd grade. My kids didnt learn to read or write after attending 3 years. Now they are learning at another school and learning better.

This school deserves negative stars. They need a new principal. Whoever reads this please help the students and rally for a new principal and new teachers too. Especially rally for new music teacher, librarian and Chinese teacher.

The special education teachers do an outstanding job. My little brother transferred here, he did not know how to read. He was ashamed because he felt behind. With the help of the staff, he was reading in no time. He was eager to come home everyday to show our family what he has learned. I am truly thankful for the staff at this school. The environment is very safe, loving, and diverse. I love it!

My daughter absolutely loves Pre K. The staff and parents are so wonderful. We feel blessed to be a part of the Solomon Elementary Community. It is safe, clean, and the currciculum is challenging with an overall fun place to learn. The Principle, Mr. Gamble, is so kind and accomodating as well.
