This school is a complete joke! They don’t care about the kids for real. It’s just another paycheck for them! They can’t keep teachers they can’t keep a principle it’s no stability at this school anymore! The kids are terrible and the new principle is young and seem like he don’t care about nothing! Only consistent person who care about those kids is Mr. Quinn. My kids will not be returning to this school

I was a teacher at this school for a couple years and have to say THIS IS NOT A SCHOOL. This is a place where there is high turnover in teachers and staff at the elementary and middle level. The administration is not even fully certified nor half the teachers. This is more of "If you know someone is your friend here, then you get a job! No experience needed!." Organization at the middle school level is unapparent, especially because they have a new dean every year. Students are disrespectful to each other and their teachers. There are little to no resources for teachers to use so they are on their own with curriculum! I strongly suggest closing this school down since administration and staff are breaking a ton of rules through CPS. AQS just opened this school to make money, they do not care about any person working here nor the students.

My child have attend Plato school in grade K and she is not learning anything ..I'm paying for extra tutors for after school. This school is not one ..I'm transferring mine ASAP ..I have Plato 4 years and for to tell me my child is behind is Plato fought not mines because I do honework with my kid ..I pay for after school tutoring with my kid..then they give the homework and don't explain it.. They change teacher by the weather !! It's terrible when child come home tell that her teacher stay on her cell phone ..my child learns about the teacher family all day and not her school work ..the teacher at Plato always call in or they come to work with the thier own kids!! I have complain and I don't see any change..I have join Plato parent meeting too see what learning programs Plato have and what can I do to help..I hate Plato !!! They new teachers fast because them kids are not learning

plato has a new school building it is located on 116 n. laclaire this building is ONLY for 5th-8th grade only my child goes here this new building is so big and great. but 1st-4th is in the 5545 w.harrison building so bring your child here in complete uniform goodbye

Plato needs to really get it togather with the parking and the staff. When I go to pick my child up there is no parking parents are double parked on both sides of the street making it impossible for traffic to get through.The children are not all dismissed on time with the weather being cold it's not fair for the parents to have to wait in the cold. My child has had 3 teachers and we are only in the 2nd marking period to make matters worse the grades don't match they keep changing.The staff focus more on discipline then teaching.
