Holy Angels is a very special school. Kind of a best kept secret because I didn't even know the school was still open until my friend told me. My daughter is a transfer student from Indiana and she did not want to leave her school, but I was looking for employment and had to move. I was in luck because I moved to the Bronzeville neighborhood and Holy Angels is within walking distance. The school staff is friendly and she loves her teacher and has made some new class friends. I ask her often if she likes it at Holy Angels and she says she does, so I'm glad I made the choice to send her to this school. The only downside is I wish they had more activities for the kids to do but other than that I'm happy.

The principal and faculty are dedicated professionals. My sons attended in the 80's & 90's. Holy Angels is still a to notch learning institution!!

I am an Alumni at Holy Angel school and though it would be a great for my son to go there, however I was truly mistaken. This is school is not organized and has a very nonchalant attitude towards everything. This school released my kid to an unauthorized person and failed to contact me to verify who was picking up my child. This school does not care about the safety of there children, they also allowed a child to exit the school and return home on public transportation , without knowing where the child was. I can go on an on about this school and reasons why not to send your kid there, but at the end of the day, if you want a worry free mind that your child is safe and sound while your working hard don't send them to Holy Angels.

My school has a stellar teacher and support staff that truly care of the child;s needs. The staff tries to incorporate Christ's teaching into all subject, while also in their daily life. Holy Angels really does try to incorporate technology with the traditional teaching.

My son attended Holy Angels for two years but only due to financial setbacks he could no longer attend. I really appreciated the dedication of the teachers and the principal (foundly called Mrs. D). Depsite the numbers of children and parents they never made us feel left out and pushed every child to excel academically and spiritually. I also loved the Boys&Girls afterschool and summer program within the school.

I graduated from Holy Angels and I easily passed the required entrance exams at several area high schools. I have several young cousins now attending Holy Angels and we are all impressed with their progress!

I attended Holy Angels from Kindergarten to 8th grade. I can definitely say this school prepared me for the rigor of my high school. Since graduating the staff has changed tremendously but still a great school. My nephew now attends and loves it just as much as i do

I attended Holy Angels from Kindergarden until I graduated and I can truly say that I am a proud alum. The teachers and administration really care about the students and, because of the small class sizes, you are able to have the close-knit relationship with your teachers needed to succeed. Holy Angels is definately a great place!

Hi, I've been an employee here at Holy Angels for quite some time, immediately I fell in love with the staff and students. Such high spirits, the history of Holy Angels speaks for itself. Yes, there have been changes made; but change is good, Holy Angels Catholic School still has the best teachers and staff, our students are fun loving and eager to learn. Our children are important to us, there safety, educating them in technology, and social skills. Again, Holy Angels has changed for the sake of our children and their future.

Holy Angels great strength is that of the teachers and staff. It is evident that the students are treated with courtesy and kindness. This in turn is expected of the students during their interactions with each other. Students are expected to work to their ability. Much help is available for each student to actualize his/her potential. Teachers are very ready to help and encourage.

School is a disgrace!!! Children roaming the halls, drinking and smoking in the bathrooms and numerous empty classrooms. Teachers and principal cursing out and degrading students. Money being mishandled. Tuition payments missing. Holes in walls. No soap, tissue, or hot water in bathrooms. Mice dropping everywhere. Principal has broken all rules. Where is the Archdiosese?? Sr Theresa routinely disrespects parents. These are only a FEW of the problems at this school. Please lets do something to bring this icon back to what it used to be!!!!!! Our children deserve much better!!!!
