The principal and his lovely wife the school psychologist think they know more then doctors. My son had 2 TBIs during his senior year and they didnt care to make any learning accomodations for him even after a specialiat and neurologist stated this was necessary bc of the impact these had on his ability to learn, retain information,, lack of focus, headaches, double vision when reading. The list goes on. They are so ignorant they have him a health plan bc they said it was a medical issue and never once addressed how this medical issue impacted his learning ability. Needless to say my son will not be graduating but i will be talking to an attorney so they cannot do this to another child. As far as the school psychologist, anybody that says to a parent when they are trying to get help and foloow doctors recommendations that, "I am trying to get expectations lowered for my son so he will graduate" needs to go back to school.
