We have 4 children. One graduated from a different school. The school they were in previously had gone down hill after our oldest graduated. We transferred our three youngest to Chatfield, each for different reasons, two of them have graduated from Chatfield and another one is still there. We have had excellent experience with the school and have transported our children for several years to Chatfield with no regrets. My children are glad they transferred and while they have tried staying friends with their old friends, the students from their previous school didn't want to stay friends. That shows the character of their old school. We wish we would have transferred long ago. I don't know how things were ten years ago but for the past 5-6 years I disagree with some of the older posts especially about welcoming new students because all of mine were very welcomed and two of them have special needs. This school was recommended to me due to the issues at my kids old school and I recommend this school all the time to people that are looking for a better school for their kids. GREAT SCHOOL!

The new addition and the remodeling has made new facilities for wrestling, band, choir and science. The wrestlers are finanly in a nice facility and don't have to spend time setting up and taking down. Teachers and Principal is doing a great job with test improving test scores.
