    Centerville is way behind when it comes to technology. Students aren't prepared for the rigors of college. There is little emphasis placed on hiring quality teachers. When openings arise, the district fills positions with under-qualified teachers. Administrators are aware of alarming test scores but just make excuses instead of changes. This school district is declining quickly.
