Teachers and administration run this school efficiently. The bonding retreat done in 7th grade is one of the most inspirational experiences for these kids. Teachers make school fun and meaningful at the same time. Mutual environment of respect towards teachers and academic support for kids.

Our experience, and truly our son's experience, has been shameful. My husband and I have spoken with the teachers for two years, in this school. Our son has issues in learning, but he's not bad enough to get any extra help. Upon our meeting with the teachers, again this year, we questioned the grading on papers that were clearly wrong or unfinished. We were told that, at the beginning of the year, they don't grade harshly, "so that the kids won't get discouraged". In our opinion, that just encourages the children not to finish and not to try harder. We were also told, in another meeting, with our son present, that his handwriting wasn't the worst <she's> ever seen. Our son can't read his own writing some of the time, so how can <she>? Her comment then, tells our son, that he doesn't have to change that either. The math teacher specifically said "not to worry about his grades" because "there's a job out there for everyone". We left that meeting with astonishment and anger. We truly believe that Webster pushes kids through, just so Cedarburg School System can boast about the graduates they have (although the principal assured us that that isn't true). In our experience, at both the elementary and middle school, that is exactly what happens. My husband and I are so disappointed with Webster and the majority of faculty. There are two good comments we have to make though. Mrs. Klotz is the best teacher. She gives clear direction and supplies much information. She answers her emails promptly and fully. She grades appropriately for work done, and holds kids responsible for their work. When dropping off my kids for activities at 6:55am, Mrs. Klotz is one of the first teachers there, as I've seen her many times through her classroom window. It's too bad that the other teachers do not follow what she models. In addition, the counselors have been caring, encourageing, and helpful, to both our children and me. They've made themselves available, even if they only have a brief time, when I just stop in to see them. We have three children in this school. Our experience has been that the children who don't "get it" the first time, will be left behind, but in the end they will be passed. The school is fine for the kids that are self motivated and self sufficient. Those that need help, well, I guess they don't matter.

This school is horrible! The teachers are disrespectful not to mention the principal. When I ask for something they tell me to go online where I have absolutely no access. Teachers make excuses to the point where I have to put them in line and tell them who's boss. Tried to talk to the superintendent on multiple times and he refused to talk to me.

I love it here, and all my teachers are really nice and show genuine concern for students' well-being and personal growth. In addition, school events are always a lot of fun and I enjoy the clubs and sports that are offered.

I attended Webster from 2004-2007 all and all I am happy with my time there, Minus 8th grade that wasn't a happy year. The reason 8th grade was bad was the 8th grade special ed teacher I had who would yell non stop and intimidate me to the point where I didn't look forward to coming to school every day, I was basically bullied by a teacher. It go so bad, that when I started high school, I treated my new special ed teacher with no respect. Fourtunatly that 8th grade teacher is no longer at webster

Way to many kids for this school to handle. Students have no repect for others or teachers and are very spoiled.
