My son went to Caledonia Elementary. It was a great school. Teachers and support staff are outstanding.

Cal El is an awesome school! The teachers are great! I can't tell you how many times someone has asked about the teachers in the next year of their child are. I have said too many times you can't go wrong with any of them. As far as the principle, Mr. Traughber, he is friendly and always has time to listen. We did have a rough year end, but that was because we had to let some people go due to state cuts. So the last review might have to do with that. The thing I like the best is the way the kids inter act with each other. We have a peer to peer program, that is out of this world. The kids learn to not just be with kids that are different then them, but become friends with them. This is something all of Caledonia schools do, and do it well! I do believe we need to work on our PTO, but who doesn't? There are always going to be issues at any school. The best part about Cal El is they are usually small. Truly, Cal El is a awesome school and I don't think you would ever regret sending your kids here.

An excellent public school. Very involved parents, good community, good teachers. If I have any misgivings it is the structure that is forced upon them by government and to which all public schools are subjected to. But among public schools, it is top notch.

Cal El is an excellent school and we are blessed to have such a good public education for our children. I sat on the PTO board last year and felt that we did a great job. We aren't perfect but would improve with more parent involvement. Cal El is a great place for kids and parents!

Cal EL is a wonderful school. I have two children who either did or do attend there and we've felt very blessed to have the support as parents of a school with high moral standards. The staff give 100% and are easy to work with.
