I am a 3rd grade parent at this school,I wouldnt recommeend this school to anyone that really cares about their child. I've witness children that have been bullied and turned to teachers and thee principal not to get any justice. Its a disgrace and its sad when students feel that there is no way out because a bully has thee upper hand! I was very surpries that when my child haad a problem with a bully that the principal herself looked at me and said ' Im busy right now and when i get time i'll get to it" this matter lasted thee entire school year!!!! My child will no longer be attending this school the next year and if need be i will keep spreading the word about how poorly this school is!!!!

I recently contacted this school regarding enrolling my daughter and was not met with much kindness or enthusiasm. The administration needs a serious lesson in customer service. The two staff members I spoke with were abrupt, dismissive and seemed to really want to end the call despite my politeness. Not appealing for perspective families!

I love this school because the teachers and staff care about the children. There is a strong need for our children to feel and believe that they are not alone and the staff in PS 44 helps develop that love for self and love for each other.

My daughter was a student at p.s.44 and the whole entire staff was an extended family to us. The school is also parent friendly.

I love PS 44 because it is a school full of love, discipline and determination. The school is always immaculate, the children are always striving to succeed and you can tell they feel safe and comfortable with the teachers, staff and administraiton. The hallways are full of beautiful work from the children. It is a neighborhood school that has served many generations within the same family.
