My daughter is in the high school so I cant vouch for the elementary division. in my experience I find the principal oblivious to what's going on in the school. I met with the principal several times to resolve issues I had with my daughter in school instead of resolving them she just exasperated the issues and than blamed my daughter. Like any school there are some good teachers who are caring and some not good teachers who just want to do there job. Overall the school is only ok.
