To any parent thinking about this school do not have your children there! Ask at your local churches about homeschooling. The push of sexual content is being pushed in kindergarten! My child has informed me that kindergarten teachers were showing the movie cuties! As a adult it sickens me to my core! There is a reason parents are not allowed to be in the classrooms shame on the teachers and anyone who participates in destroying the mind of the children! God is watching !!! Homeschooling will be the way to not indoctrinate your children

Kalmiopsis teachers are pushing their political agenda on students. I thought this totalitarian behavior was reserved for High school/college students, but to my dismay it has leaked into the elementary school system. More specifically, Kalmiopsis Elementary School. Now let’s discuss their education system. There is none. They have these children doing 30 minutes of school work. They have them online as a class for an hour or so doing absolutely nothing. They take turns reading various topics as a group. Each child taking turns. The amount of time it takes to cycle through each child reading is nonsense. By the end they’ve really only read a few pages and learned NOTHING. These children have reverted back a grade. I’m not sure which is worse the education, or the political agenda they push? Molding children into their ideal political idealization.

Horrible school, Principle and some teachers do not do anything about bulling, Bulling is the #1 problem and they do not have the tools to handle it. To the point I had ito contact the police department to help me to sit down and talk to the bully's parents because the principle couldn't set up a meeting them.. Horrible school. Sad part is that is the only public elementary school in town.

I have 2 children attending this school. I feel that the teachers and staff are very caring, loving, and willing to go above and beyond in order to help your child suceed. Even with cut-backs, you would never know it. The teachers are all very creative and my children have a very well rounded school day.
