School has gone downhill since the hiring of Principal Del Prete. There is a significant lack of communication, parental involvement, and services available to students and families to support academic success. When addressed with principal, there is a lack of professionalism and given passive aggressive, sarcastic, and defensive answers.

How the administration is still employed is beyond me. They do not allow parental involvement. They offer no extracurriculars, student performances, or any shows for the parents to enjoy while their children attend here. They do nothing about bullying or reaching out for outside resources to provide students or their families with that regard. The principal takes no accountability for her negligence, students' poor performance, and educators with no actual skills. The school district needs to hire educators/administrators based on experience, skills, and education and not because they live in the community. Do your research to discover how many families who live within steps of the school have their children in private school.

Bridgeview Elementary is awesome. The staff, teachers and leadership truly care about creating a safe and supportive environment for the students.

I went to this school when I was a child. Then I sent my children to this school. And now my grandkids are going to Bridgeview School. My one grandchild came to this school after going to a school that was ready to give up on him. Bridgeview has worked with him to get him in control while in school and they continue to work with him. Two of my other grandchildren also go there one recently transferred from Guatemala and the teachers are also working with him to help him get to where he is supposed to be in his grade level. They have even started him with a special teacher that is helping him. Bridgeview has an after school program for children that is from one of the nearby churches and that has also helped the children grow. I have to say Bridgeview has been so good to our family. Thank you again for all you have done for us and continue to do for the community. I am proud to be part of it.
