The 3 star rating is based on the wonderful teachers at the school. I would like to give a lower score but it is not there fault the hand they have been dealt. The new superintendant has created a toxic environment for the staff of ALL of Pennfield Schools. The lack or compassion from someone who used to be a teacher is appauling. She is good at pointing the finger and taking zero responisblity. How can the scores on state required tests be improved when she has "LAID OFF" numberous staff? Why does one of the highest paid superintendants in the county have assistances? Pennfield used to be a good school but somewhere along the way they lost their priorities. There are member of the board that like to use power as fear and themselves are bullies. Fingers crossed we restore the faith and trust to restore what once was an amazing school.

Complete disappointment, we loved North Pennfield this was our first year at Dunlap and it’s best described as a dumpster fire.

Horrible! Money from the state is the motivator for Dunlap and the administration staff. Classrooms are over-crowded, with highly disruptive kids. School of Choice kids have driven the class and integrity of the school district in the ground. Behavior issues are managed through a bribery system of extra computer time, candy, and toys. My daughters 3rd grade classroom was evacuated at least 10 times due to a disturbed boy throwing chairs across the room and flipping tables because "of a temper tantrum." Zero communication from the school, especially in regards to important dates and reminders

I love the teachers, they are amazing. The school is well kept, security measures are good. They need to get someone in there to actually discipline the bad students instead of rewarding them. The good students must feel awful because they are doing everything right and not getting recognition for it. Students are allowed to basically do whatever because the punishment they receive is nothing but fun for them
