The principal here is terrible. Been to many schools and she let's these kids terrorize her teachers, break their stuff and they have no consequences. Kids should not feel scared to come to school when classmates throw chairs, break stuff and then they are told to go to a "calm down" corner. This district needs to give these kids harsher consequences and bless the teachers that have to put up with this nonsense!

2019. This school provided an excellent education experience for my daughter. Both of the instructors (K and 1) she had were supportive and always in control of their classes and students - without stifling my child's spirit, curiosity and enthusiasm for life. The school is clean and is run in a nurturing way. I was an active parent there (a member of PTA too) and witnessed normal childhood behaviors. Lots of opportunities and encouragement for parental engagement. Whenever there were issues, the principal and educators developed and/or executed effective plans of action. Restorative versus punitive. This school is diverse, with wide-ranging races and socio-economic backgrounds - creating all sorts of opportunities for preparing my child (who is white) for the real world

total chaos at this school. Principal actually got a degree for kids. Not something I will ever subject my child to again. There are so many behavioral kids there that the good ones just suffer because so much has to go to disciplining the bad ones!
