We have had three boys graduate from St. Anne School in Barrington, Illinois. Our boys attended St. Anne from 3 year preschool through 8th grade. Our oldest went on to 4 successful academic and athletic years at Barrington High School and is currently a student-athlete in College. The other two boys are freshman student-athletes at Barrington High School. We believe the well-rounded, faith based education they received at St. Anne School is the foundation that has been critical to their success. Especially during these uncertain COVID times, we are forever grateful to the teachers and administration at St. Anne. The teachers at St. Anne kept our boys focused on school from day one of the COVID shut down through 8th graduation. These days are very difficult for young people and the structure, discipline and faith that has become almost second nature to each of them, has been a tool they have been able to use during these uncertain times. We realize as their parents, they do not fully understand this gift from St. Anne; yet we know this gift will always guide and support them through their life.

St. Anne’s is a fantastic school environment for families that seek a Christian, faith based education. It is a real family with dedicated leadership, staff and church community!

We have three kiddos at St. Anne's and we have loved every minute of our time there. The teachers care so deeply for our kids. It is really a family-focused environment. I feel like my kids are academically challenged on a daily basis...and that says a lot because I am a teacher. For me, what sets St. Anne's apart from the wonderful public schools in the area is their focus on developing the whole person. They aren't focused solely on academics, they are just as concerned with each students' moral development and their growth as a human and citizen of the world. I have not seen this in other schools and I am so impressed with the way St. Anne's handles this.

St. Anne Parish School is a Blue Ribbon school rooted academic rigor, but it goes beyond to develop the whole child. It has a diverse array of talented professionals, programs and enrichment activities to nurture well-rounded, thriving students. It has a focus on the whole child that develops their emotional maturity, as well as their character (rooted in values and faith). You and your students will have no shortage of opportunity to get involved and thrive!

My children love St. Anne's and so do we! Although we live 30 minutes away from St. Anne's, we make the trip everyday because we truly believe in this school. All of our children began reading in PK! I highly recommend this school!

I'd like to preface this review by saying that our family evaluated four other schools before deciding on St. Anne's (and St. Anne's is our parish). Our daughter is currently in kindergarten at and we've been very happy. The teachers strike the perfect balance between nurturers and educators -- she loves her teachers! We have always wanted an environment that would provide more than a basic education. Values, manners and morals are such important qualities, and knowing these attributes are being reinforced at school is invaluable. The administration and office staff are engaging and welcoming. They take great pride in giving families a truly personal experience. These things, coupled with the overall community dynamic, and we couldn't be more thrilled.

We are a new family to St. Annes Catholic school. Our daughter is a first grader and we feel so blessed to a part of this very special school. Mrs. Peters her teacher has taken her from a kindergartener to a serious school age student. We are very pleased with the loving, kind academic environment of the school while focusing on the teachings of Christ and Gods love. We highly recommend St. Annes!

We are a new family to St. Anne's and have been so overwhelmed by the out pouring of support from the teachers and community welcoming my family to the school. The first week of school for the kids, the kids came home with welcome letters from their class mates welcoming them all into their new school. This little act of kindness made such a difference to my son! We are truly blessed to be part of this amazing community!

As Parents we love St. Anne for many reasons: faith based learning, strong curriculum, and the exceptional staff who put their hearts and souls into teaching and caring for our kids. They make students feel like family. The best part is that my kids enjoy school too! I wouldn't change a thing!

I have had 4 children attend St. Anne's. I am grateful for the understanding, patience, and respect that the teaching staff has giving me and my children. Three children are now in high school and they were all completely prepared for high school as well as placed in many advanced/AP classes. With the faith based education and awesome staff (friendly and loving) my husband and I knew we made the best choice for our kids. And our two oldest going off to collect are getting scholarships which is also putting a big smile on our faces. I can only say good things about St. Anne's

Saint Annes has taught my daughter so much more than just academics. They teach kindness, manners, patience, respect, and a general love of people, places and things! I love this school and know our family made the right choice when we enrolled here;)

We chose SAS for our family because of its small friendly community, Catholic education, strong academic environment and variety of extra-curricular activities for all ages. The school offers Preschool, Full Day Kindergarten, Elementary and Middle school. Everything is on one campus- with flexible before and after school enrichment and activities! We could not be happier that we made this choice and investment!

We initially enrolled out son at St. Anne's school because at the age of 4 we thought he would be in a better learning environment than at the daycare facility he attended. Not only were we correct in that assumption, but were beyond pleased at the level of learning and instruction he received there. Mrs. Siggeman is great and so is Mrs. Such. The environment in the entire school is warm and inviting and we would highly recommend St. Anne's to any parent. We truly feel that our son has head start on learning from his time at St. Anne's school. Brian

During 2011, we visited many schools in the area. After much consideration, we switched our daughter from the public schools and it has made a big difference. Our daughter is getting a well-rounded education in an environment where children are truly loved and respected (and are expected to reciprocate and display these qualities to others). The academics at the school are stellar and well-balanced. By this we mean that in addition to reading, grammar, spelling, math, social studies, and science each day, the students also have 2 periods a day where they have art, music, gym, library or computers. Our daughter scores very high in national testing but has been completely challenged in her daily work. The staff and administration really work with parents to ensure that children are challenged and supported in the ways needed. The after-school programs provide a fantastic mix of sports, language and intellectual workshops allowing for students to gain new skills and enrichment. This is a National Blue Ribbon School, one of the few private schools in the State that has received such an award, and when you go there, you'll see why!
