School is horrible don’t send your child especially if they receive iep services..

The teachers cannot control the class, the students are not learning. The 7th and 8th graders just bully all day long and there is nothing done about it. After Ms. Greer left the school went down tremendously. I do not recommend this school for middle school. The teachers will call you every day for nonsense like your Childs mask isn't all the way up over their nose, but yet when the class is out of control or the same students they cant do anything. The semi good kids are picked on by the staff because they can't control the complete bad ones. The science teacher for 7th grade was a substitute the whole entire year, she never taught the class just gave them worksheets and she failed all of the students every quarter because she couldn't control the class. Its so ridiculous!!! Bring Ms. Greer back!!!!!!!!!!

This school is so horrible I'm trying to figure out a way to sell my home to get my kids out of this horrible situation. There are fights during and after school everyday and these kids don't get expelled or suspended. The children are unattended fighting in bathrooms. The teachers arent teaching the children the teachers are afraid of the children. They literally attack teachers and nothing happens. My child comes home everyday with no homework in the fifth grade. My kindergartner waves goodbye to his teacher and she rarely waves back acts as if he gets on her nerves I told him to stop speaking to the heffa.

the kids are very disrespectful !! and the school is very unorganized ... also it doesn't feel like a safe environment for my son and daughter so therefore i had to take them out and place them in a better school

Terrible experience. I’ve been trying to get an IEP implemented for my son since September. My baby girl is invisible to her teachers and my other son fights his bullying battles all alone.

Middle school is the worst. The test scores are so low because there is no discipline. I think the administration is afraid to discipline these kids because they don't want their suspension rate to get too high. Leith Walk use to be a top performing school. The key words are "use to be." The administration is weak and lack the will to fix the problems. A lot of the teachers there in my opinion collect a pay check. I see staff members walking around and I have no idea what they do.
