    I was a teacher at this school in 2018. Stay far far away. The first day I was there - 14 fights. Children are allowed to roam the halls in packs beating up other students. They get up and leave class anytime they feel like it.The principal, Harold Henry, is useless. He makes promises to staff and parents and then does not keep those promises. In the two weeks at the beginning of the school year he was in my classroom 1 time. During my time there, children were rushed to the hospital from being beaten up and there was a neighborhood riot. 14 teachers quit during the school year and no sub wants to go there.Don't walk away... RUN

    My daughter is in the third grade and I used to be a parent volunteer at the school. I can see the changes in the teachers and the interaction between the children and the adults in the school. Frederick is changing for the better.
