this school use to be a wonderful school. however this school has failed my child tremendously. The middle school is just horrible, the teachers have no control over the students, the students bully other children .The students curse out the teacher and staff. when asked to please go to class the students don't listen. I feel really bad for the teachers because they ask the students to please allow the students that want to learn let them learn and the students just become rowdy. Arlington has lost a lot of great teachers. As far as the elementary school. Its wonderful. They really care about the elementary students, But as far as that middle school. It just seems as if they don't care. I am now seeking a new middle school for my child, because he was bullied and really didn't have a great experience here. note: he attended this school while in elementary level. so isn't new to the school....

I graduated from Arlington in 1976, it was an excellent school then glad to know it is still a great school. My favorite teacher was Mrs. Vineburg. Loved this school!

I have had 2 children graduate from there many years ago they were A students then and still are now. I also have twins that attend there now. Everyone there is GREAT and really care about the kids that attend there.

The teachers are hard working and dedicated to the success of their students. The school creates many after school learning programs to challenge our children to move to the next level of their educational plan. The principal is an advocate for parent involvement and willingly open the school doors one Saturday per month for PTO meetings to accomodate working parents. She's very knowledgable in the education field, and keeps an open door policy, willing to meet with parents at anytime to solve issues or answer any concerns they may have. A Middle school module was added only 2yrs ago and inspite of the many challenges they faced, the staff spirit remains high and the chidren excel in their education. The environment of the school shouts FAMILY, as staff, teachers and parents work together, striving to meet the needs of each other and their children. Arlington Elementary Middle is the place to be, because they are not just education-they are Family and our children's future.

My daughter had been attending Arlington since the K, now she is going to the 8th grade. This is an excellent school with a caring staff.
