    We just moved here from a much larger school district (Lacey, WA) and I have been pleasantly surprised! What a difference a small district makes! The teachers and staff are "in touch" with students and teachers, they were on top of my son's IEP from day 1! My daughter says the school lunches are so much better! She says they almost taste home made! My kids have made friends and are earning better grades than they have ever made! They are both learning so much! My kids are happy, so I'm happy!

    Very poor school system. HS science dept does not prepare students for college. Very poor administration. The only thing Baker is interested in is sports.
