    I'm an alumna of West Elementary School, having attended the school back in 2008-09. My experiences there have been positive overall. It's by no means a perfect school, but, the teachers there were competent. I'm sure it has gotten better since!

    Just Horrible. Mr. Nelson was very, very good. And he only lasted half a year there.What does that tell you? Just horrible administration, brutal, especially from the top. You know what they say, it starts at the top!!

    Would be a lot happier if the principal was more compassionate and acted like she cared at all. She just seems to be more interested in her authority!

    My children loved school until coming to west. Not only do they allow bullying from other kids they allow it from the teachers too. And try to get a meeting about it with the principal forget it. She has the secretary call you and tell you to handle it with the teacher. The school is an f rated school and they are trying to bring it up at the childrens expense. They punish your child and make them walk at recess for bad hand writing and for being sick. This school is awful.
