My kids started Ann Arbor Christian School seven years ago. They have had a great experience there. Their teachers and other staff members develop relationships with all of their students and help them develop socially, academically, and most importantly spiritually. The school is an amazing community! My favorite thing is that the students are part of chapel families in which students from all of the elementary and middle school grades are part of small chapel families in which they help each other grow spiritually. We (my kids, wife, and I) love Ann Arbor Christian School!

My husband and I have always felt adamantly that we wanted our children to attend public school. Although we had nothing against private schools, we felt confident that would not be the right fit for us. In spite of hearing from numerous friends about how wonderful AACS was, we held firm to this assumption. After several years and frankly lots of great experiences in the public schools, there came a point where we began to have some questions and wondered what other options might look like. We decided to take a tour of AACS based on recommendations from several friends. We agreed that we were not moving our kids, but as soon as we began the tour, it became very clear that this school offered something unique and we could see our kids truly thriving there. Indeed, God had other intentions for us and had lead us to this amazing school. We have now completed two years at the school (including all of the pandemic) and have truly been amazed. The school has met and exceeded all of our hopes, even during the incredible challenges that Covid delivered. At AACS, it feels like each of our children and indeed our whole family is nurtured and supported. The academics are excellent, the leadership is wise and conscientious, fellow families help to create a wonderful sense of community, and everyone cares for the whole child in the most individualized way.

I do not even know where to begin with how wonderful AACS had been for our family! We found AACS when the ground we walked on felt so unstable - during the summer of 2020 we needed to figure out a direction for our 3rd grader, 1st grader and preschooler. I am still thanking God to this day - that a friend recommended I check it out! Since day 1 - we have been welcomed in with open arms. This place is more than just walls and a roof - its a place you will find - support, patience, love and a great sense of community. We have only been at this school for 1 year, but honestly it feels like it has been much longer! I could not recommend AACS more and I can guarantee - you will not find a better place for your children to be guided in the right direction spiritually, emotionally and academically.

We intended to come to AACS for preschool for one of our children and then continue on with Ann Arbor Public, where we already had a child enrolled. However, after the tour, interview, and attending the back-to-school picnic, that was enough for us to know that AACS would be the best fit for our family. Now three years in, I can't imagine being anywhere else. The teachers are phenomenal and so invested in each student, there is such a strong community, the curriculum is fun and challenging, and the leadership of Principal Wayne Sit is incredible. We are so blessed to be a part of this school.

A 15 on a 1-10 scale. They are just simply amazing. (And honestly I’m not an easy person to impress). I recommend this school without reservation.

I am so grateful for this school. When my oldest son was finishing up kindergarten in another state, his teacher's one recommendation was to put him in a smaller school. Well, we found the right school in Ann Arbor Christian school. He made instant friends. He receives a lot of encouragement from teachers and peers. I am sometimes incredulous at the welcoming and positive environment, especially in places I don't expect it such as the middle school students being so genuinely friendly with our children. We were looking for a school that would give our children continuity between home and school and we found it. The Bible teaching we engage in at home is supported at school. The academics are rigorous without being too stressful.

Wonderful. We feel very blessed to have a school like AACS for our children. Knowing that my kids are in an environment that not only provides a strong education but also instills strong Christian virtues is priceless. The teachers are all top notch as well. They are very loving while at the same time holding the kids to high standards academically, always instilling in the children to treat others with respect and love. It really is a wonderful community of people.

Outstanding. We had all of our 5 kids at the school. Our oldest meanwhile joined a public high school after AACS and was very well prepared to manage that step not only on academics but also having a strong character.

My experience with AACS has been excellent for the nine years my son has been attending. Several of our friend's families have begun attending in those nine years and we all continue to see our families thrive.

Wonderful, the school is small and laser focused on its goals. I've not once doubted their care and mindfulness to our daughter.

As one who attended public school during my formative years, I was skeptical (we have a decent elementary school within a mile of our house), but my wife prevailed and we enrolled our daughter. After 2 1/2 years of experience behind us, I do not regret that decision for one moment. I thank God for Ann Arbor Christian School.

Ann Arbor Christian is a great school. The administration and staff have cared for our family in such personal ways. Each student is known personally, challenged academically and pointed to Jesus daily. Sending our girls here has been such a gift. If you’re looking for a school that will challenge your child academically, and care for them emotionally, this is the school for your family!

Ann Arbor Christian is the finest, most well rounded Christian educational institution that you will find in Washtenaw County. One of the best parenting decisions that my husband and I ever made for our children was to invest into their education, and send them to AACS. We have a student that just graduated and is now at Dexter high school. AACS prepared her academically, spiritually and socially for this transition. We love that the school offers such a Christ centered approach to learning, but nothing is sacrificed academically.

The Head of School and all of staff truly reflect the love of Christ in how they speak, teach and genuinely care for each child. I feel my children are receiving a high level of education and it stretches them in amazing ways. It has built self confidence, a love of learning, and a deep desire to do their best. The mentoring relationship between the older and younger children at the school really develops amazing leadership and love of service all in God's name. I think the school does a wonderful job at building a community where students and parents are valued and cared for. Switching our kids from public school to Ann Arbor Christian School is one of the best choices we have made for our family.

We've been at AACS for 6 years now, and we continue to be deeply grateful for the school and staff. They are able to foster a vibrant Christian atmosphere while at the same time provide a strong academic program. The teachers/staff are exceptional educators as well as mature, godly role models for our kids to emulate. There's a real spirit of unity amongst them, commitment to the Lord in their personal lives, and genuine love for the students. Over the years when different challenges or issues have arisen, I have been so impressed by how graciously and thoughtfully the staff are able to engage me as a parent. I also love how intentional they are about seeing the unique gifting and good in each child and work to affirm them. Can't say enough about what a wonderful environment it is at AACS!

Ann Arbor Christian School is an amazing school! The academics are excellent, faith is integrated into each subject area and individual growth and character development is made priority. Also, AACS has a family centered atmosphere and offers many extracurricular opportunities. Sending our kids to Ann Arbor Christian School has been one of the best parenting decision we have made thus far.

Our two boys attended AACS K-8th grade. They left well prepared for high school, stronger in their faith, and with lasting memories of the wonderful community of students, staff, teachers and parents. Our overall experience was outstanding.

We are halfway through our third year The only regret is that we dind't start earlier at Ann Arbor Christian! It was exactly was good as had expected, based on the experiences of other families whose children had already graduated.

We have had our kids at the school for 4 years now and we love it so much. They receive high quality instruction from caring, loving teachers. They get a well-rounded, excellent education where parents are not pushed aside, but are invited and encouraged to participate. The school feels like a big community for both the parents and the students. We greatly appreciate the combination of both biblical and academic education without sacrificing either. Every day we are thankful we chose to send our kids to Ann Arbor Christian School.
