Mrs. Armenson the really fundamental teacher she gets to the basics and she built from there my student has learned a lot from her and I love how she is very communicative with all the parents. It was 10 p.m. and you had a question I could message her on ClassDojo and she would respond.

This is a pathetic excuse for a school. My child was struggling very badly at this school and they pushed him into 2nd grade. His 2nd grade teacher couldn't understand how they allowed him to go through to 2nd grade but tried her best and improved him but there was only so much she could do because she had a whole class to teach. So fast forward 1 year, we told his teacher we wanted to retain him because he was struggling too much and she said it would be a good idea and agreed that he was not up to the standard where he should be and that he was going to struggle a lot more in 3rd grade. The District and Principal played a cat and mouse game with me for 2 weeks because neither one wanted to tell me that they "DON'T RETAIN". So eventually the district pressured the principal (If u could call him that) enough to tell me that the district doesn't retain. Fast forward 1 month I moved state and when I put my son in a school out of state in the 3rd grade they immediately called a meeting with me to find out what his background was and that he was very far behind. They called another meeting with the counselor's, principal, teachers and reading and maths specialists and they decided he needed to be retained if he was to have a chance of getting a proper education and they work together as a team to solve the problems at hand instead of trying to look pretty and hide all the underlying problems. There were 3 principals in 2 years at Mann elementary and the principal left again too when we moved out of state. Just because DIsneyland is in town it doesn't mean you are a great school. There should be an option to give minus stars because I would give -100!!!

Dr. Perez is the new principal and since my daughter started school here, its been really great. The teachers are wonderful and very caring. Dr. Perez is really good with the kids and all the kids seem to like him a lot. I see a great future for this school.

This school has taken a tremendous turn to the worse. While a few teachers appear to be interested in their kids, I feel many need to be evaluated for skills, enthusiasm & punctuality. Teachers needs to be in their class room before the students at least 20 minutes prior. This does not happen there & nobody seems to care. Great schools indicates only 3 out of 10 ratio. That is unacceptable base on what the teachers could & should be doing.

MANN(Horace) elementary is such a wonderful school!!The school and the staff are all wonderful with the students at all times. The teachers do such a great job at covering all the standards for the CST.All staff and teachers do such a wonderful job at helping students with anything they need, and unlike in other schools teachers actually are willing to give their spare time to the student whether its during or after school. As a student i recommend you put your kid(s) in this school. The students will meet good and respectful friends as the time passes I regret there will be bad influences.I am positive that anyone who goes there will love this school!
