Voris CLC is like having a second family. I absolutely love the teachers and staff there. They are some of the most kind hearted, respectful, trustworthy people I know and I am comforted to know my children are in their care during the day when I am not around. They go above and beyond getting to know the kids and the families of the students. I couldn’t have asked for a better elementary school for my children!

My grandson has been bullied for months, and no one helps. No one keeps an eye on things. This bully is getting worse, he should be suspended. This would be a way to say that his behavior is unacceptable. My grandson should not be afraid to go to school.He is a quiet boy, who gets a`s and B`s. This bully has wrote on his desk , to kill himself. HOW FAR DOES THIS HAVE TO GO BEFORE SOME ACTION IS TAKEN

Very friendly staff, lots of smiles, but lack of following up. Grades 2nd and under are awesome. 3rd grade and up to many bullies not being dealt with. Now don't get me wrong I know they care, but after time and time again your child is being bullied, is starting to hate school and no one is doing anything about it, they get a bad review.

Really, really nice school, caring teachers and administrators and an especially thoughtful and caring Principal (Ms. D.) ...I love the diversity and the positive "vibe" in the halls. Kids are generaly happy there for sure.It's 4/5 to me because, from my limited experience there, it seems like an inordinate amount of time is spent on maintaining order (including signs on walls and in stairwells and frequent chastising for talking etc.) While discipline is important and necessary, this need almost seems to supersede learning. I guess there's a formula out there that promotes/ inculcates a desire to learn whatever is supposed to be taught. If the learners WANTED to learn then self discipline would follow. In this way, the energy spent on maintaining order could go into teaching. Just say'n...

I think this school is wonderful. My son has been there since kindergarden and is now im the 5th grade. I would grade this school a lot higher than a 3. I have no complaints about anything and I will be pleased to have my younger child attend in the upcoming year.
