The house being set in the well established neighborhood of Palencia with so many amenities was the cherry on top. As a family with kids, it has been a relief to us to know our kids can play out front without fears of cars speeding by. It's the perfect area to play ball, draw with chalk, chat with a neighbor, or relax on the front porch and see the beautiful sunsets. Although there are several houses in our area, it is so quiet and relaxing. The location of 416 Central Street is ideal. Publix is just a few minutes drive. Lots of memories have been made while walking our kids to school. The pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and fitness center are also in walking distance.There is nothing like waking up early to take a stroll to the fountain on Market Street and catching the sunrise over the golf course. We've also enjoyed walking the boardwalk and seeing the morning views on the intracoastal waterway.Holidays are extra special in Palencia. Driving around and seeing the houses decked out for Halloween and Christmas is always a favorite. Halloween is sofun for the kids and adults. The community comes together and really makes it so memorable for families. Christmas is beautiful and the lights make the season extra warm and inviting. The events on Market Street are fun.
