Guests are welcome to use these facilities at a cost of $2.50 per load. While some units may have compact washers/dryers for small loads, these are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon for laundry during your stay. The property may include a noise alert monitoring system to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit.
