Smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment, with a $500 fine for violations. Quiet enjoyment is expected, with noise levels kept considerate, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, with a $1,000 fine for violations. Tampering with noise monitors or exterior cameras will result in a $500 fine. Please be respectful of neighbors and follow quiet hours. No additional guests are allowed who were not on the reservation. Guests are liable for any damage to the property and should report any damages noticed at check-in. Monitoring cameras are outside the home for safety and will be recording during reservations. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
