9506 Sheridan St, Lanham, MD 20706

This property is one of the biggest homes on the street. The vaulted ceilings and fire place are breathtaking. The kitchen floor has just been installed(2019). The largest bedroom on the main level includes a half bathroom. A beautiful master suite on the top floor that includes a jacuzzi tub and shower, along with a beautiful his and hers sink. The walk in closet has ample space for 2 people. The property also includes an expanded kitchen with a spacious Island. A large storage shed that is big enough to fit a small car. The carport is a great size and will serve as great protection during these bad winter months from the harsh elements. This home shows better in person, no home in the neighborhood has this amount of charm.
