United RV Campground Park is located in Durango, CO. The town of Durango has a very rich history of the old west, where you still have horse and buggy rides in town, line dancing, 135 +/- restaurants, Fort Lewis Collage, and one of the best ski mountains in Colorado “Purgatory Ski Resort” which offers great skiing for any level of skier. One of my favorite things about Durango is the 1.8 million acres of National Forest to enjoy the outdoors, and everything there is to offer in the San Juan Mountains, creating an outdoor enthusiast paradise. One of the biggest attractions at this resort is the historical Durango/ Silverton train that runs directly through the top of the property and people come from all over the nation to see and take pictures of the train as it passes through the park as it’s done since 1882 and you feel like you just stepped back in time. This property is being offered for sale for the first time in over 75 years and is a very rare find in the Animas Valley. The property has been extremely well cared for and is in fantastic shape and is thriving as a business.
