This is also a NO PET and NO LEASING community. The community is adjacent to a county park, with racquetball courts, tennis courts, a playground, and walking trails. The Aging Well Center is located less than a third of the mile from the park and offers day trips, classes, and other activities for seniors. Silver Sneakers is also accepted there!
