This property has 1000 feet of frontage per the survey but portions of the east property line are the backside of an oxbow and the water comes and goes depending on the precipitation. There is high ground along the road that sits 10-15 feet above the majority of the land. The land between the high building site at the road and the river frontage is low until you get to a slight bank at the upstream portion of the isthmus.
