Space in back for a deck/garage area, approx 3-4 parking spaces, enough room for an RV in back. It needs work but it can definitely be a show stopper with someone willing to put in some work. It was groseks tire shop, the mayors dad owned it for a time, It was a small Sears location with appliances in the basement, in the past. The reason for the ramps on the stairs. with 4500 sf of space between the first floor and basement. Much more room than it appears. The front commercial window needs replacing, the back wall of the building needs attention, has an issue where the wall and roof meet. See the plastic sheet in the back room and the back door needs replacing. The old outdated furnace was removed, needs a new furnace/AC installed. This building needs someone to love it and see its hidden beauty and history. I would replace the back outer wall and put in windows and a glass garage door for freight and bring light into the space, modify it while its fixed and make it better, most of the walls do not go to the ceiling and have been added later so that means they are not load bearing and can come out. You could split the space in half and lease out part and bring in extra income, or have half commercial in front and residential in back. The possibilities are endless We have removed most of the owners items so you can see your dream vision, business/use. Whether you need office space, retail business, restaurant/burgers, hair salon, capsule hotel, or what ever small business you have in mind. This is a great retail location for a business, with all the lakes around webster, many hunters and fishermen and campers end up in the area. Sold AS IS.
