42156 Eggers Dr, Three Rivers, CA 93271

This is a lovely parcel of land with a quirky little structure on it. The sellers grandma and grandpa lived here. They brought their trailer here in approx. 1966, parked it and started building around it. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen/dining area and bonus space. This is ready for someone to roll their sleeves up and make it their own. A quaint rounded rock half wall in front of the home adds to the character. The mature trees provide ambiance and nice setting. There is a large oversized carport in the yard that is ideal for parking Rv's and boats under. The location is close to the school and walking distance to town.
