Looking for a tiny house...........even if you aren't, you're going to fall in love with this one. This 18 ton tiny red cedar cabin made with solid logs is about 900 feet off the road surrounded by trees and cuter than a bugs ear. Cedar. Aromatic, naturally resistant to bugs and decay, and because of it's low density and high proportion of air spaces, red cedar is the best thermal insulator among the commonly available softwood species and is far superior to brick, concrete, and steel. And it has a steel roof. Other than staining this little darling every 5 years, it is maintenance free. The cabin has a picnic area with a raised deck that the current owner would some day build a gazebo over -- but for now, a canopy works really good. There is a fire pit, too. Along with a 'working' out house, this area has electric and water. You will see for yourself that everything is being maintained very well. The landscaping is wonderful and except for a couple pots, everything else will come up by itself each year. There are many trails that were clearly marked when their grandson was 5 years old -- how fun. The 10 x 20 shed and 2 lofts and electricity.
