16214 Sir William Dr, Spring, TX 77379

Suspending all showings due to demand and disruptions, public open houses every Tues, and Thursday from 5-7pm, and Sundays from 10am-12pm. Here's why you'll want this house: 1. You're financially savvy: I'm priced to sell. $111 price per sqft, on sold comps of $145 sqft for the neighborhood. I'm $60-120k less than my neighbors, with more house/features per dollar. 2. You have a growing family, there's plenty of space in the house, a great layout, tons to do around the area with Klein Highschool, pool with hot tub and 3 car garage. 3. You're concerned about safety: 5 blocks from court and police station, routine patrols, never a porch pirate. 4. You like entertaining. This house has a lot of charisma, nights are amazing, mornings are better--east/west exposure, quiet, vaulted ceilings, huge windows, open spaces. 5. You're smart. I'm leaving furniture, appliances, and pool furniture. This house is turnkey. 6. It's well built, not thrown up like newer homes. Owner is licensed agent.
