The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, with a fee of $50 per hour for overstaying. Illegal drugs, underage drinking, and flushing foreign objects down the toilet are strictly prohibited. Parents with young children should note that the home is not child-proofed.
