The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained and kenneled. A $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be included and guests are responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay.Whether you're looking to relax on the beach, explore historic sites, or simply unwind in a peaceful setting, this house is the perfect choice for your Saint Augustine getaway.Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, as per St. Johns County ordinance, and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25 and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. No underage drinking is allowed. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Guests are required to follow the house rules written here and posted in the house during their stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in an additional cleaning fee.
