Ocean Villas is nestled on beautiful Anastasia Island, sharing the rich and varied history of St. Augustine and its historic district. There are many attractions, shops, and restaurants with a laid-back, breezy vibe, providing the ideal place to escape the crowds of the St. Augustine downtown area, just 10-15 minutes away.Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay, and the minimum age to book is 25. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a fee of $50 per hour. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and violations will incur an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
