Proof of funds for cash buyers. Articles of Incorporation for LLC or Corporations. Buyer pays for all inspections/ costs associated w/ inspections. All well /septic inspections must be done by approved vendors & can't be waived. These are the buyer responsibility. Seller has the right to pay commission on the Net Sales Price. Seller assist, repairs, etc. will effect the Net Sales Price. Buyer to be preapproved by seller's mortgage company provided in addendums.
