Ascend 15 stairs to reach the charming porch and front door, where you'll feel at home.Our above-ground pool is shared between units, is open year-round, and is not heated. The inviting living room features an oversized leather couch, love seat, and chair, along with a 50" flat screen TV equipped with Roku. Adjacent to the living room, a door grants access to one of the delightful decks. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with an updated shower/tub combo. The open concept dining room comfortably accommodates 6-8 guests. The fully stocked and updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances. Two additional bedrooms each have a cozy full-size bed. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.We are pet-friendly for an additional fee. A $50 pet fee per pet is required. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found, you will be charged the cost to clean this.Welcome to Wilmington Island, a remarkable residential neighborhood offering the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility for your Savannah getaway. The pool area is shared with guests in the downstairs unit. Parking is limited to two cars in the driveway, and street parking is limited.
