To build this house, cypress trees were harvested locally, sent north where the house was constructed in components, then shipped down river and assembled on site. The second floor can be reached by winding stairs or an elevator and features 4 bedrooms 2 baths and a landing. The third floor attic has rough hewn wood floors and exposed cypress beams.
