There is also oak, ironwood, birch, poplar, along with wild apple trees and berries of various varieties. The terrain is rolling and mostly dry. There are some low areas on the SE of the property. Crisscrossed by multiple roads, some can be used by truck/car, others by an off-road vehicle. Two track roads from the entrance traverse the property from the NE corner toward the SE corner. An REA power easement has been signed. There is a deceased mobile home on the property; no memorial service has been scheduled to date.
